In some instances, the due date for your progress report will coincide with the date of the final report, in which case you are only required to submit your final report.
It is the Chief Investigator’s responsibility to ensure that reports are received on time. As a courtesy, the Ethics Officer will send you a reminder if overdue.
If a Progress Report or Final Report is due for a Registration, we require a copy of the report and acknowledgement from the external HREC.

In addition, the ACU HREC must be notified of any reportable matters including, but not limited to, incidents, complaints and unexpected issues. Any changes or incidents, complaints and unexpected issues must be reported to the HREC immediately.
